The fee for the appointment is 15 € and the amount is fully deducted upon a subsequent dress order.Second fitting — time for confidence We understand that sometimes the choice requires another look. To ensure you feel completely relaxed and confident in your decision the second fitting is a compliment from us.Subsequent fittings For the third or any subsequent fitting a fee of 15 € is charged which is also deducted from the price of the dress upon ordering. This allows us to guarantee you entirely reserved time personal attention and carefully prepared models especially for you.

At Mille Bridal the majority of the dresses are samples. We update them periodically. That is why there are almost always models that can be yours at a promotional price. Most often wedding dresses are made in a custom size. Ladies it is never too early to start with your fittings. A more organized bride is also more stress-free. We recommend starting your fittings at least 6-9 months before the big day. On average it takes 3 months depending on the designer for your dress to be ready. It is important to know that after its arrival more time is needed for the final fine alterations. These are potential changes to the length and width as well as fulfilling your personal wishes so that the overall effect is complete a dress that fully reflects you as a person. Even if your wedding date is in a shorter timeframe do not hesitate to contact us. We have all witnessed how beautiful things in life sometimes happen quickly and love is impatient. We will do everything possible to make your dreams come true.

The fitting at Mille Bridal lasts about an hour. If you wish for more time or a double fitting with your friend please inform us in advance. Choosing and meeting your dream wedding dress is a special experience and we are dedicated to making you feel this. While the fitting takes place we do not allow outsiders so that you are completely calm and receive as much personal attention as you need.

We kindly ask future brides and their families to be punctual for scheduled appointments. Quite often before and after a booked hour we have a scheduled fitting with another bride and we want each of our clients to feel relaxed about the time chosen for her fitting. We will understand if something unexpected comes up. In such a case simply call us so we can find a solution. For brides arriving early we recommend the cozy cafe right next to the boutique. There you can spend the remaining time pleasantly until your appointment.

Our experience shows that it is best to have one to three people with you. That is also our advice. We can accommodate larger groups as well. However considering the boutique size the fewer people you have with you the more comfortable and stress-free your fitting will be. Quite often a bride can get confused and emotionally influenced by the opinions of many close ones present at the fitting. Please keep in mind that due to the current circumstances a maximum of two companions are allowed.

To ensure you are maximally comfortable do not bring sample shoes. The dresses are long. Tripping is possible which brings a risk of getting injured or damaging the fabrics. We have a special platform that will help you feel how the skirts fall without worrying that they will be too long. If specific looks have already inspired you or you like models from our website simply note down their names or show us a photo of them. For even more comfort during fittings we recommend not wearing heavy makeup and too much jewelry. Your dress might find you at the very first fitting. It is also possible that a few visits to the boutique are needed for you to be sure which one is the exact one for you. Come to as many fittings as you need. There is no universal rule in magic. And choosing a wedding dress is partly magical after all, isn't it?

You can pay with Visa Mastercard Maestro V pay B card Discover Diners Club International in cash or by bank transfer. Discounted samples are paid in the full amount. Upon ordering we require 50% of the price as a non-refundable deposit. You pay the remaining 50% upon the arrival of your dress.

To begin the manufacturing process the order is paid in advance. It is crafted in the color and size chosen by the bride. For this reason once a dress is ordered it cannot be canceled and the amount for it cannot be refunded.

Sometimes the manufacturer offers flexibility for changes to the original model such as adding a corset buttons or sleeves changing the skirt fabric adding sparkle and altering the color. An inquiry is always made for any potential change before the order is placed. Slight changes are also possible on site with our experienced tailor but each case is individual and it is important to first discuss how doable it is. To be completely fair to you dress prices at Mille Bridal are NOT pre-inflated with the cost of alterations because every bride needs different changes to her dress. The amount for alterations is within reasonable limits and depends on the time and labor required for each dress.

We receive new models of wedding dresses frequently. At Mille Bridal we follow all current and upcoming collections and select the most exciting and fairytale models for our brides. That is how we select the most current collection of irresistible wedding dresses. We visit numerous exhibitions to ensure the most diverse choice of styles and prices for our brides.

Wedding dress samples at Mille Bridal are selected so that brides with smaller and larger sizes can also get a good idea of specific models. Additional pinning on the back or incomplete fastening is often necessary during sample fittings. The dresses themselves are slightly smaller in size compared to standard numbering so do not worry if your wedding dress does not match your everyday clothing size. When ordering we take individual measurements of each bride. For a significantly larger size an increase in price is possible according to the specific rules of the manufacturer.

You can but it is not recommended. It is always easier to take in a wedding dress than to expand it. The dress is ordered in the specific size you fit at the time of your fitting. When you are between two sizes we advise choosing the larger one as the dress can easily be adjusted.
